Our U16s had a great year in the Coalition League. They started off against the MonStars, Etobicoke, and Cadogan, tough opponents right out of the gate, but M&R quickly settled into the season, winning 6 in a row by an average margin of 26 points per game. We dominated the playoffs until we met a driven RWI program, which unexpectedly got red hot in the post-season, defeating undefeated North Toronto by 26 and then us by 10.

We are very proud of our team for finishing in second place, as it showed how gritty and determined they were this season. They were led by a stellar first-year head coach who turned a group of new players into a team to be feared.
